Christmas Stuff.

Although the weather outside does not indicate it, Christmas is 4 days away. We are ready at our house. Everyone has a gift, they've all been wrapped for 2 weeks, and the stockings are hung and filled to their brims with goodies. Our lazy susan is stocked with the supplies needed to make our 1st annual batch of Christmas cookies and Santa's plate is clean and ready to be loaded with them.

Since we have only been a family for a few short years, we haven't really adopted any Christmas traditions, but we have decided that we will start.

For instance, I took advantage of a few Amazon coupon codes and promotions and got us some books to read on Christmas Eve. I ordered them last minute, yesterday, but thanks to Amazon Prime, we will have them tomorrow, just in time for the holiday.

I am fond of buying the kids clothes for the holidays. Like Christmas jammies. I never really found any that I loved this year, so we will use the ones we used for Cameron last year, and the 'my 1st Christmas' sleep sack that we bought for Cameron when he was 2 months old will be Hannah's jammies. Next year, Hannah will be big enough and we can get matching jammies for them.

We bought some cookie cutters at Hobby Lobby over the weekend, along with the supplies to bake some Christmas tree and gingerbread man shaped cookies. I am sure I will do all the baking and decorating while Daddy and Cameron eat them. That is fine with me, I love to bake. =)
